Description

Coelophysis was a carnivore that lived in the late Triassic period, 210 million years ago, in the southwestern United States. Coelophysis was discovered in 1881 by David Baldwin. Coelophysis measured from 2.5 to 3 meters in length and reached meter height, however this skeleton cast replica is only about 1.5m.
